The county range is owned by the Association and members of our affiliated clubs are entitled to shoot on the range for a modest fee. There are 48 firing points and each can be used at fixed distances of 50yds - 50 metres and 100yds. 25 yds will be introduced soon in a few places.
A kit preparation room and a comfortable clubhouse is available for clubs and members use. The facility is also disabled friendly.
The Association runs several open meeting shoots throughout the year and for further information click here for the 'Events & Open Meetings' page.
Sywell Range is known for its variable wind conditions making it interesting for newcomers and a challenge for the more experienced shooter.
The range has ample parking space and distant travelers to Open Meetings can arrange (by prior pemission) to camp or caravan overnight at no charge.
